慶應義塾大学法学部で法学を学ぶ中で、実務において法が果たす役割に魅力を感じ、行政書士資格を取得しました。大手金融機関にて実務経験を積み、さらに監理団体において監理責任者として、外国人技能実習生および特定技能外国人の受入れ・支援業務に数多く携わってまいりました。

これまで現場で培ってきた実務経験を活かし、制度や形式にとらわれることなく、一人ひとりの状況や想いに寄り添う「身近な法律家」であることを大切にしています。
外国人雇用や在留資格（VISA）に関する手続きをはじめ、各種許認可等についても、専門用語はできるだけ使わず、分かりやすく、誠実な対応を心がけております。

I am Nagakubo, Representative of Nagakubo International Legal Services Office (Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist).

While studying law at the Faculty of Law, Keio University, I developed a strong interest in the practical role that law plays in real-world situations and obtained my qualification as a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist (Gyoseishoshi).
I have professional experience at a major financial institution and have served as a supervisory officer at an authorized supervising organization, where I was extensively involved in supporting and managing the acceptance of foreign Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers.

Based on the hands-on experience I have accumulated in the field, I place great importance on being an approachable legal professional who carefully supports each client by considering their individual circumstances and concerns, rather than focusing solely on systems or formalities.
In matters related to foreign employment, residency status (VISA) applications, and various governmental licenses and permits, I am committed to providing clear, sincere, and easy-to-understand guidance while avoiding unnecessary technical terminology whenever possible.
